King of the CASTLE? Immunohistochemistry in diagnosing rare thyroid carcinomas: a case report

Introduction: Carcinoma showing thymus-like differentiation (CASTLE) is a rare, low-grade thyroid carcinoma, with indolent clinical course and usually a favorable prognosis.
